Background:
Naruto, a demon fox placed inside of him at birth, grew up as a ninja in the village of Konoha where everyone despised him. Since the majority of people saw him as a demon, they either feared or shunned him, forcing him to grow up all alone. But Naruto was not a boy to let this wear him down. He promised himself and all the villagers that he would become the greatest ninja of all time, and make people aknowledge and approve of his existance.
When he was assigned on a team with three other people he would very soon come to call his friends, he started to make that dream possible. And everything went well for a while until his best friend, Sasuke, ran away and left Konoha. There was a bloody battle between the two boys in which Naruto failed. For nearly three years afterwards, Naruto had also left the village with another teacher on a training mission to continue the search for his lost friend.
When Naruto finally returned to his village and was closer to getting to Sasuke than ever, it was intervened by suddenly being drawn into the city of Avoria.
Naruto has a cheerful, righteous disposition and is willing to befriend anybody. Although a bit naive (and very stupid) at times, he always manages to hold his head high with a smile in place. He appears to be very self-confident and has a bigger ego than the universe itself, which may or may not get him into some troublesome situations.
